Currently designing north-star product vision through cutting edge prototypes and experiments that utilize emerging technology. This includes new methods of interaction, features, and services that improve the value of the product offering for Comcast.

2024-Present

Associate Creative Director, Connected Living, Comcast

Led a design team that transformed the Xfinity App, Comcast’s central self-service channel, into a powerful tool for account management, discovery, and growth. Created a vision for the consolidation of Xfinity’s self-service offering. Her user-centered approach delivered intuitive and personalized experiences that enhance service discovery and simplify essential tasks, driving growth and improving both retention and customer sentiment.

She also spearheaded the redesign of the Xfinity.com website, which currently serves an average of 12 million customers per month, by developing the Company’s first cohesive online customer marketing platform. With an intuitive navigation and a distinct identity tailored to growth objectives, the site baselined online sales at 12k upgrade orders per month.

Lead Journey Designer, Comcast

Identified a 2.3 Billion dollar churn opportunity that drives customer retention, making the moves journey with Xfinity simple and easy. Conducted comprehensive journey mapping to identify experience gaps and opportunities. Uncovered critical pain points that affect both customers and employees and developed a cohesive UX vision with a strategic roadmap that bridged organizational silos and aligned cross-functional teams around user-centered solutions.

2019-2021

Art Director + Product Manager, Comcast

Led product vision for the Company’s first ever self-service app: the Xfinity My Account app (18 Million downloads) which later became the Xfinity app. As the team lead, she partnered with UX Research to perform 3-rounds of usability tests with customers, working with development and product management to build and deploy this app in 4 months and gaining company-wide buy-in and alignment through a broad roadshow of her designs to many levels of Corporate and Divisional leadership.

Pitched Comcast’s first ever language-based, AI-powered, self-service assistant. Currently the Xfinity Assistant saves the company millions of dollars each moth by deflecting 79% of chats from reaching human-assisted channels.

Through a rotational program in Product Management for the Applied AI team, she developed use cases, wrote user stories, and analyzed customer statements for the Xfinity Assistant in order to improve the AI and machine learning of the newly formed channel.

Sr. UX Designer, Huffington Post

Responsible for design for a new streaming application for Huffington Post: HuffPost Live on iPad and web. HuffPost Live was a live streaming news platform for the Huffington Post. Designed the mobile app from ground up in partnership with engineering and business leads.
